Project Manager at IDEX | LAYIQ

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related required; a degree in Civil Engineering is strongly preferred.
Three years of related project management experience.
PMP certification required —must either currently hold the certification or be willing and able to obtain.
EIT or PE certification highly recommended ; candidates with a PE license or actively pursuing PE licensure are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and product lines effectively.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience collecting, evaluating, and reporting technical data for water and sewer infrastructure projects.
Effective communicator with experience collaborating with customers, internal teams, and Key Account Managers.
Financial acumen, including project financial forecasting and gross margin management .
Growth‑ and change‑oriented mindset , with the ability to drive improvement, support expansion efforts, and adapt to evolving business needs.
