SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for coordinating and supporting the human resources activities for the Greencastle, PA manufacturing facility. This position will build positive relationships within the groups and is the liaison with leaders.
Activities include resolving employee issues, communicating corporate policies and procedures, Payroll administration, compensation related activities, recruiting, providing training and educational programs; supporting management through the performance management processes, counseling with managers/supervisors on significant discipline and termination decisions for employees.
