- Position Summary
The Vice President of Operations leads the operational and financial performance of a multi-region multifamily portfolio, owning aggregate P&L responsibility across all regions and accountable for occupancy, revenue growth, NOI, expense management, and resident retention portfolio-wide.
The Vice President of Operations directs and develops a team of Regional Directors, sets the operating strategy and standards for the field organization, and ensures consistent execution of leasing, maintenance, capital, and resident experience programs across all communities.
