Job Description
We are seeking a Coordinator, Property Tax to join Brookfield in our Property Tax Department in the Denver, Colorado office. Reporting to the Director of Property Tax Reporting and supporting the Senior Vice President of Property Tax, the Coordinator will provide high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support for the Property Tax Department.
The successful candidate will own the department's administrative processes, maintain critical databases, coordinate tax appeal activities, support AI-driven initiatives through data management, and ensure timely execution of key operational deliverables across a rapidly expanding portfolio. Active demonstration of data analytics will be viewed as a plus.
