Contracts Operations Manager, Systems, Governance and Compliance
Leads the day-to-day operations of the Contracts Department's compliance, pricing administration, contract systems, reporting, accrual, payment processes and contracts life cycle requirements. Ensures contract operations are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with Company policies, SOX requirements, and applicable government regulations.
Manages a team responsible for critical operational activities, provides oversight of pricing systems, updates and reporting processes, drives process improvements, and serves as a key resource for resolving operational issues and supporting business objectives.
