Journeyman Machine Repair or Industrial Electrician Req.
State of Michigan Electrical License Req.
Skills and Abilities
One of the following is required: (1) High school diploma or its equivalent, (2) work experience which demonstrates performance competency.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain a Herman Miller, Inc., Forklift, Aerial Platform, or other equipment Operator's License.
Proven proficiency in reading blue prints, equipment manuals, drawings and schematics.
Demonstrated technical aptitude for mechanical reasoning.
Posses a well motivated work style and excellent written and verbal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of employees to complete work assignments.
Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime to support customer requests.
Willingness to participate in continuing education work shops both internal and external as necessary.
May need to be HAZMAT certified depending on location/work assignment.
