Assistant Property Manager- at National Church Residences | LAYIQ

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One or more years of general office, customer service, sales, marketing, or property management experience.
Previous affordable housing or property management experience preferred.
Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, and/or Section 8 programs preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior residents, team members, vendors, and community partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management software.
Bilingual skills preferred.
