Property Manager II-Princeton Court at National Church Residences | LAYIQ

Required: High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of property management experience
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Affordable housing experience (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher, RAD)
Industry certifications such as COS, TCS, ARM, SCHM, or similar
Previous supervisory experience
