The Nursing Excellence Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the Nursing Education and Professional Practice Department. The role coordinates activities that advance nursing excellence initiatives, including Magnet® readiness, professional governance, nursing education, research and evidence-based practice, nurse residency accreditation, clinical ladder administration, and nursing outcome reporting.
Serving as a central resource for data collection, report preparation, meeting coordination, document management, and project tracking, the coordinator collaborates with nursing leadership, educators, quality teams, and professional governance councils to support successful execution of strategic nursing initiatives and a culture of professional nursing excellence. Education/Training:
Associate degree required.
