Director of Pharmacy

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 -

Provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for the hospital Pharmacy, ensuring safe, effective, timely, compliant, and cost-efficient medication management across the organization. The Director of Pharmacy is accountable for building a high-performing department, advancing medication safety, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring pharmacy services are aligned with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and patient-care needs. Education/Training:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy required.

Doctor of Pharmacy degree strongly preferred.

Advanced education or training in pharmacy leadership, healthcare administration, business management, medication safety, regulatory compliance, or quality/process improvement preferred.

Graduate degree such as MBA, MHA, MS, or equivalent preferred.
