Temporary position through end of 2026
The Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst I is responsible for performing the analysis of all Inpatient, Observation, ED (Emergency Department), Outpatient SDC (Surgical Day Center), Endoscopy, and Pain Management records to ensure the quality and completeness of clinical documentation as required by CMS Conditions of Participation. The HIM Analyst I will be responsible for prepping, scanning, and indexing documents.
In addition, responsibilities include processing requests for Release of Information in accordance with HIPAA privacy laws. Education/Training
High school graduate or equivalent
Associates degree preferred
