Scion is paving a path in student living and we’re seeking a talented Asset Management Associate to join us in executing our vision. This position is responsible for optimizing operational performance, creating value at the individual asset and portfolio level, and mitigating portfolio risk. With direct oversight over a portfolio of owned assets, this position will incorporate a value-oriented approach to improve the long-term financial performance of the portfolio.
The Asset Management Associate will work in a fast-paced, agile, corporate environment.
This role demands principled industry knowledge, well-honed analytical skills, a proactive nature, and excellent communication.
