Your Opportunity
The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist builds, optimizes and maintains high-performance web experiences with a focus on conversion optimization, user engagement and lead generation. This role focuses on design, development and optimization of digital experiences using analytics, testing platforms and behavioral insights to improve website performance.
The ideal candidate combines technical understanding, user experience knowledge and analytical problem solving to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and business objectives.
This position will be based full-time out of our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL.
