Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the full recruiting life cycle, including intake sessions with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending external and/or internal candidates, facilitating interview feedback sessions with hiring managers, and executing talent marketing strategies to help build a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function at La-Z-Boy. Develops and maintains strong partnerships with hiring managers to outline recruiting strategy and ensure quality of candidates presented for all open positions.
