Position Summary
Supports the intake, validation, and administrative processing of freight claims up to $1,000. Manages claim-related communications, ensures accurate documentation, and prepares claims for investigation in accordance with company policies and industry guidelines.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Manages the Claims inbox, including triaging customer in queries, verifying required documentation, and guiding customers through the claim submission process.
