Direct Manager Direct Reports: As a Territory Manager at SRS Building Products, you will work in close partnership with the Regional Sales Manager to strategically drive sales performance and align with broader company goals. While not a direct supervisory role, this position provides indirect leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives within the designated territory. In addition you will work closely with the Branch Manager to grow market share through a joint partnership.
Travel Requirements: This position requires significant travel (up to 50%) within the assigned territory for customer visits, team meetings, and industry events.
Physical Requirements: Combination of office-based tasks and fieldwork. Responsibilities include the ability to drive a personal vehicle for local travel within the designated territory. The role requires the capacity to remain seated at a desk and operate a computer for extended periods. Additionally, the ability to lift objects weighing up to 15 pounds is necessary.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $37,500.00 to $75,000.00 annually. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, profit-sharing programs, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
