The Service Engineer collaborates cross-functionally to ensure the continued availability of service parts when original components become unavailable or obsolete. This role validates alternate components, conducts technical reviews, and applies engineering expertise to maintain product performance and protect revenue. The Service Engineer also identifies opportunities to consolidate parts, optimizing inventory and reducing costs.
