The Associate General Counsel – Sourcing is the attorney primarily responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the global sourcing of commodities, parts, sourced finished goods (SFG), and indirect purchasing. [This role will also be primarily responsible for the legal relationship with the company’s joint venture/SFG supplier. This role will have direct responsibility in managing the company’s growth initiatives through acquisition or other means. This executive level role reports to reports to a Deputy General Counsel.
