What will you need?
The ideal candidate for this position has the following Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Independent Task Management: Demonstrates the capability to autonomously set objectives and prioritize tasks effectively to align with project or assignment goals.
Problem Solving Proficiency: Exhibits adeptness in resolving challenging problems that vary in complexity, utilizing analytical skills and practical knowledge of the assignment area.
Influential Communication: Possesses the ability to influence others within the assignment area through clear and concise communication of facts, policies, and practices, fostering cooperation and alignment towards shared objectives.
Professional Productivity: Maintains a consistent track record of productivity and contribution, capable of delivering results while working independently under moderate supervision.
Continuous Learning and Development: Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development, actively seeking opportunities to expand skills and knowledge relevant to the assignment.
Educational and Experiential Background: Must be full-time rising Senior (December 2027 or May 2028 graduation date) currently enrolled in 4 year-college or university program pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Must hold and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average.
Prior internship experience preferred.
Notes: This is a full-time Internship, beginning in May ending in August.
Internship is carried out at GE Appliances Park, located in Louisville, KY. Relocation is available for qualifying candidates.
Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now nor in the future, for this internship.
