Are you a recognized technical leader in injection molding with a passion for driving operational excellence? Join our team as a Senior Plastics Process Engineer and lead the development, optimization, and standardization of molding processes that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
In this senior-level role, you will serve as the plant’s subject matter expert for plastics processing and injection molding technologies. You will lead complex troubleshooting efforts, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product launches, mentor technical and production teams, and partner cross-functionally to implement robust, data-driven process solutions. This role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to influence plant performance through process discipline and innovation.
