- Position Summary
The Maintenance and Reliability Engineer for Trio is responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving maintenance excellence across the operation. This role partners closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to strengthen asset performance, improve preventive and predictive maintenance processes, and support plant throughput, safety, and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead reliability improvement efforts for Trio equipment and systems
- Analyze downtime, failure trends, and maintenance data to identify loss patterns and priority actions
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance strategies to increase asset life and reduce unplanned downtime
- Support root cause problem solving for chronic equipment issues and major breakdowns
