Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Execute preventative maintenance tasks to the specification listed on the PM task list and follow up on work orders for repairs.
Execute welding, machining and fabrication tasks; not to include Zone 1 sanitary welding.
Execute root cause failure analysis on equipment breakdowns.
Develop and improve the preventative maintenance plans.
Execute planned equipment rebuilds/PM activities across the department.
Execute any recommendation or implementation of continuous improvement on mechanical equipment design to improve line effectiveness & equipment reliability.
Support maintenance leadership with equipment bill of materials and spare parts inventory levels for plant equipment.
Support training for other associates (technical or production) as needed.
Support and maintain positive rapport with customers, suppliers, contractors, and 3rd party associates.
Support and participant on assigned teams & support team decisions.
