Job Title
Process Engineer
Position Overview
The Process Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials to support the production of highperforming, customer-centric flooring products. This role partners closely with site and corporate engineering, manufacturing, and technical teams to optimize process performance, improve reliability, and reduce cost.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot process, equipment, and quality issues, applying sound engineering judgment to make timely and effective decisions.
Review, analyze, and disposition quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Submit and manage supply requisitions through PeopleSoft to support process improvements and trials.
Coordinate and support process, material, and equipment trials in collaboration with technical and corporate engineering teams.
