Shaw Industries is hiring a dynamic and self-motivated Process Engineer to provide technical assistance to the team supervisors, associates, and internal customers on a daily basis on the Finishing line at Shaw Plant 4.

Responsibilities:

• Managing capital projects
• Drive TPM initiatives and cost improvements
• Investigate off-quality situations
• Monitor and analyzing departmental performance through reports, feedback, and observations.
• Responsible for setting schedules, inventory, daily production, and driving trials on the coating line.

Requirements:

• 4-year degree required; Engineering degree preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
