Position Overview
Shaw Industries, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking motivated and driven students to join our Commercial Sales Internship Program for Summer 2027. This immersive 8-week summer internship provides rising college seniors with hands-on exposure to the commercial flooring industry, sales process, and business operations.
At Shaw, we believe in developing talent through real-world experience. Interns will spend time at our Commercial Headquarters in Cartersville, Georgia, participating in onboarding, product training, professional development, and selling skills development . Throughout the program, interns will also travel to markets across the United States to shadow Account Executives, engage with customers and gain firsthand experience in commercial sales.
The internship is designed to provide exposure to multiple aspects of our business, including sales, operations, customer relationships, and product knowledge. Interns will develop an understanding of how these functions work together to deliver value to customers while gaining insight into Shaw's culture, business strategy, and career opportunities.
