The Maintenance Lead serves as a key member of the maintenance leadership team, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing daily maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on leadership, coordinates maintenance activities, ensures safe and efficient work execution, and helps drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, safety, and productivity.
Shift: 1st 7AM-3PM
The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance professional with strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to developing others while maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
