The Electrician Senior Intermediate (III) maintains, troubleshoots, and improves electrical systems and production equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across assigned manufacturing areas. This role provides advanced electrical support, develops detailed job plans, and mentors lower‑level electricians to improve overall plant performance and technical capability.
Position Expectations
The Electrician Senior Intermediate (III) is expected to perform assigned duties with a strong focus on:
Safe work practices following all OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, and facility safety requirements. High-quality, precise workmanship delivered with a customer-service mindset supporting “Great Products & Service.” Adherence to established standards and best practices gained through training and experience. Continued growth in advanced maintenance and equipment knowledge, understanding the impact on production and business outcomes.
