Position Overview
Shaw Industries is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leaders and associates at Plant 8S in C o lumbia, South Carolina. This role leads the delivery of site human resources programs and services, ensuring consisten t policy and regulatory compliance, strengthens organization al capability, and supports an inclusive and engaging associate experience. The HR Manager is also responsible for the strategy , development, delivery, administration, and meas urement of all site training. This
included onboarding job qualifications, compliance training, technical and operational development, le ade rship capability cross - training, and maintenance of stie training records and matrices.
