Position Overview

Shaw Industries is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team.

We are hiring for multiple positions within our manufacturing facility, including:

• Production Associate
• Creeler
• Creeler Operator
• Utility Relief
• Lift Truck Operator (LTO)
• Machine Operator
• Shift 3
• Sunday - Thursday
• 11:00pm-7:00am
• Shaw Industries will provide training to help you develop your skills and grow within the company. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Depending on the assigned department and role, your duties may include: Each role has different lifting, reach, and physical movement requirements. Typical requirements include the ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively.
• May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs - 50lbs.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas, including production floors and staging zones.
• General
• Follow all safety, attendance, and performance policies.
• Participate in shift communication and team efforts to maintain workflow.
• Work necessary overtime as required by production demands.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull repetitively.
• Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs. - 50 lbs . , occasionally more depending on role.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
