Your role at Clorox:
The Clorox Company is seeking a strategic and experienced legal leader to join our Legal team as Director, Legal – Commercial & Technology. This role will lead our commercial contracting function, with particular ownership of the company's technology transaction portfolio. In addition, you will advise closely on our legal technology strategy and implementation.
The ideal candidate brings direct experience from the technology sector and can serve as a trusted advisor on technology-related commercial, regulatory, and operational matters. You will manage a high-performing team of attorneys and legal professionals and will report to the VP, Deputy General Counsel, Legal – Growth.
