Position Summary
A Bench Technician II is primarily a customer site equipment installation lead. The Bench Technician II will use a company vehicle to deliver lottery equipment to customer locations for installation. While on site, they will take the lead on ensuring proper installation of all equipment while also offering local field technician support. Other duties will include in-house service and repair of company products at an established company repair site or service center.
