Job Summary
The Systems Engineering Test Technician III is a key member of the Systems Test Automation Engineering team, working alongside a group of highly skilled technicians to support Insulet's product development and verification activities through the execution of engineering tests, accurate data collection, and thorough documentation.
Working closely with the Systems Test Automation Engineering team, this position ensures test readiness, supports large-scale mobile application testing operations, troubleshoots software and test system issues, and contributes to regulated product development efforts.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with Python scripting for test automation, data analysis, and reporting, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance testing efficiency and quality. Successful candidates demonstrate the ability to support major technical projects, mentor junior team members, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
