L.L.Bean is seeking an Associate Industrial Engineer to join our Industrial Engineering team in beautiful Freeport, Maine.
In this impactful role, you will apply industrial engineering principles and methodologies to support the planning and optimization of moderately complex equipment installations, facility layouts, and workflow processes across our Order Fulfillment Center and Manufacturing Division. As a key contributor to operational excellence, you will help drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
