C.H. Robinson is looking for a Service Assurance Manager to join our Warehouse team. This position is based in our Dallas Metro warehouse with an expectation to be on-site 5 days per week.
In this role you will act as the primary figurehead and point of contact for warehouse investigation, research, troubleshooting, and correspondence in support of customer success in the warehouse network. You are responsible for customer inventory activity and advocacy, driving continuous improvement and delivering upon and exceeding warehouse service commitments.
Additionally, you will partner and collaborate closely with various stakeholders (Warehouse and Commercial leaders, IT, Industrial Engineering, and Transportation) to ensure optimal customer experience. If you have a passion for problem analysis, process improvement, and are solutions oriented, you may be a great fit.
