C.H. Robinson is seeking a Fleet Planner – Power Plus to join our team. You will be accountable for day-to-day planning and aligning consistent capacity to customer commitments. This includes, but is not limited to, driver and trailer optimization to maximize revenue, driver satisfaction, and customer service. In this role you will help to create demand, identify new wallet share opportunities, and sell creative solutions working with both network capacity and commercial teams.
As the primary point of contact for Power Plus programs, you are additionally responsible for customer advocacy, driving continuous improvement, and delivering on our customer commitments both internally and externally. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an optimal customer/carrier experience.
