C.H. Robinson is seeking an Account Manager to join our High Vale team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experience by ensuring accurate order entry, effective internal communication and consistent execution of shipments that meet established service levels. The Account Manager is accountable to drive growth and maximize retention for a defined customer portfolio.
As the primary point of contact for our customers, the Account Manager is additionally responsible for customer advocacy, driving continuous improvement, and delivering on our customer commitments. The Account Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
This is a hybrid position based in our Lisle, IL office.
