Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for assisting in identifying learning and development needs for clinical staff. Assesses competencies, need for additional training and education, and develops and delivers educational programs to address issues.
Essential Functions:
Assists in identifying learning and development needs of staff using various data collection methods: questionnaires, chart review, focus groups. Based on findings, recommends education programs.
