What You'll Do
- Follow established workflows to determine the accurate handling of materials once received
- Perform 100% inspection and verification on all RMAs
- Reconcile EGM serial numbers upon receipt
- Complete product picking tasks, including KanBan and GoBacks
- Address and rectify issues; intensify lingering concerns
- Conduct first-level research on all incoming discrepant RMAs
- Operate scanners, WAV, forklift, and rider equipment
