This role leads the evolution of our delivery operating model, establishing scalable governance, execution standards, and operating rhythms that improve how complex initiatives are delivered.
You will build the standards and structures that enable teams to execute consistently, drive adoption across the organization, and provide senior leaders with trusted data and insights that support confident decision-making. Beyond process, this role improves organizational delivery maturity, strengthens reporting integrity, and champions modern, efficient ways of working.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of enterprise delivery leadership, governance, operational excellence, change enablement, and executive presence, with a proven ability to balance structure and agility while delivering measurable business outcomes.
