About the Job
Serving as an experienced delivery leader on the Global Product Strategic Delivery Team, the Senior Program Manager is responsible for guiding complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across Aristocrat’s global product portfolio. This professional role drives cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Compliance, and leadership teams to ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear plans, disciplined governance, measurable outcomes, and sustained busines s value.
As a trusted partner to senior leaders, this role provides structure in ambiguity, influences alignment across matrixed teams, and drives accountability for delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes. The Senior Program Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy. They engage regularly with senior management. They help mature standards, tools, data analysis, and fulfillment practices across the organization.
