As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be both a hands-on recruiter and trusted advisor. You will lead a portfolio of approximately 15–25 roles, helping leaders define the talent they need, build practical hiring strategies, and make confident, high-quality decisions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to clarify role outcomes, target profiles, assessment plans, and hiring priorities before a search begins.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interviews, debriefs, offers, and handoff to onboarding.
- Build strong pipelines for priority and difficult-to-fill roles through research, proactive outreach, and targeted sourcing strategies.
