Job Description
The Assistant Vice President, Compliance will report directly to Vice President, Compliance. Responsible for providing regulatory and compliance support for the Warranty & Lenders Solutions business unit. The position requires the preparation and submission of form and rate filings for our consumer products for our insurance and obligor companies and certain additional statutory filings as needed. They will lead the compliance team with researching, analyzing, and evaluating state and federal regulations to determine the impact on
Arch’s products, policies, procedures, standards, and administration.
