The Facilities Engineer III – HVAC Utilities provides engineering oversight and technical support for site HVAC and utility systems, including chilled water, hot water, air handling units, exhaust systems, and cleanroom environments. This role ensures reliable operation of temperature-controlled spaces and clean room systems through preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to cGMP requirements.
The engineer works cross-functionally with Facilities, Quality, Validation, contractors, and vendors to support capital projects, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site's utility infrastructure.
