Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Maintenance Manager position at their facility located in Villa Rica, Georgia. The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for leading the maintenance department in achieving safety, quality, reliability, and cost-performance objectives that support plant and business goals.
This role requires a hands-on leader who maintains a visible daily presence on the production floor while balancing strategic planning, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term operational success.
