Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Press Assistant for the Converting plant in Grand Prairie, TX. The Press Assistant position supports press operations by performing essential support tasks, maintaining equipment cleanliness, assisting with material handling, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
This role is crucial in maintaining efficient press operations and supporting the Press Operator in producing quality products. This entry-level position provides foundational experience in printing operations with opportunities for advancement through demonstrated competency and skill development. The role requires physical capability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork abilities. This will be 12-hr day shift opening on a 3/2 rotating schedule from 7am-7pm: Sun/Wed/Thurs; Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat.
