Job Description:
Construction Management / Field Operations Opportunity – The Project Manager oversees subcontractors installing HVAC systems on multi-family construction projects . This role is responsible for construction management , subcontractor coordination, quality control, scheduling, builder and general contractor relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities*:
· Assists in all phases of HVAC Multi-Family construction projects.
Provides construction management oversight by leading HVAC subcontractors, coordinating project schedules, monitoring installation quality, and ensuring work is completed according to project timelines and specifications.
· Walk jobs regularly and verify readiness for both HVAC rough-in and HVAC trim installations.
· Coordinates installation dates with scheduling team and ensures job is ready for installation
· Check the jobs by phase to assure work is completed.
