Job Description:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities* :
Lead the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC) systems in multi-family residential new construction projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and manufacturer specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ventilation systems, refrigerant lines, ductwork, and related HVAC components.
Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings as needed.
Perform equipment start-up, testing, and system commissioning to verify proper operation.
Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate necessary corrections to maintain project quality and timelines.
Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building codes.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while following all company safety policies.
