Senior Product Managers at Regology own a customer outcome end to end and lead the cross-functional work to deliver it. In this role you will own the strategy, roadmap, and results for our regulatory change and compliance product: helping regulated customers stay continuously compliant as the rules change, with far less manual effort and an evidence trail they can trust. Working in the Product Operating Model, you measure success by customer and business outcomes, not a feature list.
You partner closely with designers, engineers, and legal subject-matter experts to discover and deliver AI-powered workflows customers trust, and you influence teams and product owners through clear thinking, data, and evidence rather than formal authority. You bring sound product judgment for AI and human-in-the-loop systems, ramp quickly in unfamiliar domains, and do your best work navigating ambiguity and building advantage that is hard to copy.
