Architect and evolve large-scale real-time service frameworks to improve scalability, reliability, and latency performance, leveraging C++ and modern distributed systems design principles; Develop and integrate backend agentic AI solutions to enhance automation, intelligence, and adaptability in real-time collaborative systems—enabling autonomous service orchestration, intelligent data processing, and adaptive feature delivery; Develop standardized next-generation data models and inter-service communication layers for collaborative
and interactive applications, incorporating advanced frameworks (e.g., Protobuf, gRPC) and ensuring backward compatibility across releases; Administer the continuous process of software development/integration/deployment utilizing Jenkins, Gitlab, and related; Establish and oversee performance benchmarking strategies, including creation of distributed load generation tools, synthetic test scenarios, and telemetry-based performance analytics; Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services using logging and monitoring tools.
