SCOPE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Incumbent has limited contact with lending staff and frequent contact with loan processing team and management. The incumbent will be required to review loans prior to final documents being delivered and to advise loan staff on changes because of the review. Incumbent must be able to utilize their expertise to effectively apply bank procedures and ensure loans are compliant with both Federal and State regulations.
